Separating it from the Junon Area is a mountain with the Mythril Mine serving as a passage through. It is located east of the Midgar Area with no clearly defined border, but begins where a mountain ends which is also where the extent of wasteland caused by Midgars Mako extraction ends. For example, the setting is described as having a more bronze age tech, which would be an interesting difference from your quite-late-medieval standard, but that's mostly flavor, as the core setup is still your average feudal fantasy. The Grasslands Area is a region of the World Map in Final Fantasy VII. In some cases, regions can share Elite Four divisions, such as Johto and Kanto. Each region also has a unique set of eight Gym Leaders, along with the regional Elite Four and Pokémon Champions. Basically a coastal region with plenty of adventure locations with a decent overarching story. The Fall of Whitecliff looks more like someone else's GM notes than a polished adventure/setting, but that's part of its charm. Vanilla Adventure has the "Boson Bay" area, including a small port town, elven forests and dwarven mines and a wizard's tower.
